Final Payment

Final payment will be due by January 9, 2026. By submitting this booking request form you acknowledge that you are not guaranteed a spot on this tour until the full payment is processed, and you receive an invoice with a confirmation number. You also acknowledge and accept that the deposit is refundable unless we fail to sell the trip and it is canceled. Insurance premiums are not refundable.

By submitting this booking request form you acknowledge that you are aware that the refundable deposit amount of $125 per person is due at the time of booking and the final payment is due by Friday, January 9, 2026. You do not have a spot on this cruise until the full deposit payment is processed, and you receive an invoice with a confirmation number. For security purposes, Ingenious Travel will send you a credit card authorization.

You also acknowledge and accept that travel protection premiums are not refundable after the initial 14-day look-back period and that a group administrative fee will be charged on any canceled bookings, and is also non-refundable.

You further accept the payment schedule and cancellation penalties that can be found on your confirmation.

According to international regulation, passports must have at least two blank pages in them when one enters the country and should be valid for at least six (6) months after your return date.

Travelers are responsible for determining their ability to leave the U.S. as well as their ability to enter countries on their itinerary. This includes obtaining any required visas, as well as confirming issues regarding criminal records, unpaid child support, etc.
